Stunning vintage scoop neck puff long sleeves berry/red velvet dress, with elastic waist and beautiful pearl buttons. I purchased this from an estate sale and believe this dress is from the 60’s. I found it with buttons missing so I sewed new Perl buttons on it because this dress is amazing. In excellent vintage condition. It is missing the belt so I put a pearl belt with it for Christmas. Please see the measurements in the pictures. I would say it is a size Medium or 2,4,6. Also I can stretch the elastic waist to 20 inches across.
