Vintage Whitehurst 6" Art Glass Butterfly Lady Dancer Cocoon Ornament Handblown

This stunning Whitehurst “Butterfly Lady (yellow)" (also known as Dancer) Christmas ornament is a beautiful example of European hand-blown art glass from the late 1980s–1990s. Standing approximately 6 inches tall, this whimsical figure features a glamorous showgirl with flowing black hair, bright pink arms, long legs in black heels, and a vibrant amber marbled butterfly-style body accented with blue dots and hand-applied gold glitter.
Each piece in this series was individually hand blown, hand painted, and hand glittered, making every ornament slightly unique.
