I used it once but I find that it'd be better suited for households with people who leave in the morning and let the vacuum clean during the day. This was a thoughtful gift however, it was distracting for me as I'm home all day. - Used once - In perfect working order - The detangling brush is specifically designed to handle human & pet hair - Surface recommendation: Hard Floor, Carpet - Controller type: Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, IOS, Android - If you press the “power” button, the robot will begin vacuuming and learning on it's own, but if you download and use the app, you can take advantage of advanced features e.g. you can schedule a cleaning to start at a certain time, track progress etc. - Underneath you can attach a wipe/cloth (damp it or add a cleaning agent to your liking) if you would like to use the 'mop' function.
