It has a knee length, deeply pleated circle skirt with pockets and looks beautiful teamed with a tulle petticoat to enhance the flared silhouette. These dresses are so beautiful, well made and have a wonderful vintage aesthetic. Easy to style up or down, this would be the perfect dress to wear to a wedding, or event.
