VHS side is defective. When a tape is inserted, the unit pulls the tape, immediately ejects it, and then shuts off the entire system. Issue happens consistently with multiple tapes.
Because of the VHS malfunction and shutdown behavior, this unit is being sold AS IS for parts or repair.
