This is a Noritake Granada 3063 pattern handled serving bowl.
The pattern features a central design of a stylized turquoise tree or bush with blue flowers and pink twigs.
It has gold and turquoise bands on the rim and gold trim on the handles.
The pattern was produced in Japan and is now discontinued.
The piece dates from the 1950s or 1960s.
