It's very flowy, and lightweight. It buttons all the way up the front. The sleeves can either be worn rolled up and held in place with a tab or simply worn down so they are approximately a 3/4 sleeve. There are two pockets on the front with flaps that do not button. There is an elastic waist. The only flaw I was able to find on it was where it looks like some of the material threads got pulled - maybe when someone sewed a button back on. I enclosed a picture. I only noticed it when I was inspecting the garment carefully for loose threads, et
