This is a Bitty Baby doll from American Girl. It is older than 2013 because it has no eyebrows painted on. The back of her neck does say "American girl" 15 C07. I'm not sure what year she was released or if this is a boy or a girl. Guess it could be either depending on the clothes.
She is well loved and does have some marks on the back of her head (I took closeup photos of all the defects). And on her left knuckles. And her soft body is a little dirty.
And to be honest, I'm not sure if she's blond. She could be light brown. I'm not sure if there's any hair at all!!! It's really hard to tell. I did take as many pictures as possible. Hopefully you know more about it than me.
It was originally released by the Pleasant Company.
The dolls are typically around 15 or 16 inches in size.
