The Globe is hinged and opens up for a secret compartment storage. The hinge is a little loose. Shown in picture. Still open and close. Could probably be tightened with small tool.
Otherwise it is in good vintage condition with no chips or breaks. It is very heavy and measures approximately 5.50 inches tall, 4 inches long and 4 inches wide.
