**FINAL$** Antique 1920’s-1930’s ART DECO JADITE BROOCH Cabochon Set in RHODIUM Plated FILIGREE. The JADITE is PRONG-SET (SAWTOOTH) which is a SIGN of QUALITY. I believe the clasp has been replaced & is much more modern than would be expected for a brooch this age. The black inclusion that can be seen in the stone is normal & actually makes a a good case for AUTHENTICITY. The rhodium on the front of the brooch is somewhat discolored from age, where as the back is shinier. The latter is most likely because the back is up against one’s clothing & therefore less likely to get dirty. From the standpoint of appropriate personal space, no one is going to notice any of the minor flaws noted above. You have to look closely to see them. This is a VERY ATTRACTIVE BROOCH w/ a BEAUTIFUL GREEN SEMI-PRECIOUS GEMSTONE that would be perfect for anyone who likes ANTIQUE PINS & BROOCHES as well as the ART DECO LOOK!!
