This is a size xxs lightweight bumper ring harness for dogs with visual impairments. It has a hook on the back to attach a leash. The ring keeps the dog from bumping into things by giving them a gentle push backward when the hoop presses into something in their path.

This ring measures 12 inches long and 9.5 wide. There's about 9 inches inside the hoop (where the dog's head/nose goes while wearing the harness)
If your dog is smaller, you can cut the plastic hoop down to a shorter length, then bend it and stick the ends back into the sides of the harness.
