Beautiful porcelain pitcher vase from Rosenthal. The vase is a white porcelain w/ a rose floral design that goes all around. The top of the pitcher/vase has a gold painted floral design. The handle also is highlighted in gold, but to be expected, some gold paint has worn off the handle. The bottom of the piece has a green mark as shown in photos #9 & #10. The mark is for Philip Rosenthal & Co of Kronach, Bavaria. They used this particular mark from the late 19th century until the 1930's. That makes the vase approx. between 82-141 years old. Especially considering it's age, this piece is in excellent condition! There is only some minor crazing on the bottom as shown in photo #9.
There are no chips, I see no scratches. Colors on the vase are still vibrant, not at all faded.
The vase/pitcher measures approx. 12-1/2" tall. From tip of the spout to the end of the handle the vase measures approx. 9" wide. The base of the vase is 6-1/2" in diameter.
