This is the First Shampoo Ribbon (Ozora Ribbon) chan from back then.
The First Ribbon chan has a gimmick where you attach a special tube to the hole in her back and inject shampoo to make bubbles come out of Ribbon chan's head, but I haven't tried it. The special tube has been disposed of, so only Ribbon chan's body and the dress in the image will be delivered.
Both the Doll and the dress are USED items, so please consider purchasing only if you understand this.
