This is a Vintage 1976 Wooden Graduate Plaque w/the inscription "To The Graduate" at the top & a circular metal emblem w/graduation cap & diploma under it followed by a poem by Helen Marie Zell that's a perfect graduation gift. This plaque is in like-new condition as its never been hung & was neatly wrapped when stored away so it has no flaws/wear! It has a small brass metal loop attached at the top for hanging as well as a hole in the back. The motivational poem inscribed reads: Always be willing to listen -Always know when to speak; And if you find you must follow- Follow the strong - not the weak. Give of yourself & your friendship- See with your eyes & your heart, Know in this world all around you that you have a wonderful part.
