This game comes with it's case and disc only
The disc is in fair condition.
It does have some deep scratches in a few spots on the disc.
It didn't work on the PS3 SUPER SLIM when I tested it.
However upon testing it on the PS3 SLIM it worked perfectly fine with no issues.
I believe that it would also work on the original PS3 FAT.
I have tested this game and it does work but not on the PS3 SUPER SLIM.
BEFORE PURCHASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN PS3 FAT OR PS3 SLIM.
IT WON'T WORK ON A PS3 SUPER SLIM.
The cover art has minor water damage on one small section on the back. The rest of the cover art is fine.
