This is a winter-themed headband purchased at Tokyo Disney a few years ago. I don't remember whether I bought it at Disneyland or DisneySea.
It has been stored at home in a plastic bag, but I don't remember if I ever actually used it. Even if I did, it was probably only once, when I bought it.
