It has been discontinued in Japan for a long time, so many people may have been looking for it.

Most "300 series" refills from various companies, such as Frixion Knock, Zebra SARASA, and Pentel EnerGel ink, can be used.
This allows you to freely replace refills, including colors, from extra fine to bold.
The original replacement refill is Pilot's standard "G2" type.
