this is the Playstation/Pc version ... i was told it could work on xbox in PC mode .. haven't tested that yet.
i would say it's new if i hadn't opened it ... i used it once to test it out and its been back in the box since (i collect headsets lol)
headset and amp are in like new condition .. all wires etc.
retail on these things is still pretty high if you can still find them at stores or on the website.
