Revised edition (print number not stated) hardcover copy of Bacon & Beans From A Gold Pan by George Hoeper as told by Jesse Coffey (Panorama West Publishing, 1988). A very rare book telling the true story of, “a young couple who camped in the mountains of California to make a living panning for gold.” Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges - including chipping, creasing and small tears. Boards straight and clean but with corners bumped. Faintly cocked spine with a few instances on mildly split binding, though binding remains fairly strong on the whole. Subtle soiling to outer edges of text block, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
