This bag was purchased with a non removable strap but i did remove it by taking out the rivets on the original strap. I did so that i could use a different strap. The leather strap is also PLG but not the original strap. It is an extender strap so it is a little shorter. I am 5’1” and have it on the longest setting to wear crossbody so if you are taller, you may not be able to use this strap as a crossbody. The other strap pictured is longer and was purchased from Etsy. We do have a dog but she is not near the bag. The bag is clean. I just dont use it as much as i thought i would.
