Two Vintage Lenox China "Rutledge" Footed Cups and Saucers - Hand Painted Enameled Flowers and Gold Trim
A beautiful pair of fine bone china Lenox "Rutledge" Tea Cups and Saucers which based on the back stamp was produced mid century to late 1970s. The "Rutledge" pattern is one of the most desirable patterns produced by Lenox which features multicolor enameled flowers along with their distinctive 24 karat gold trim o. The floral bouquets are decorated with raised enamel dots also known as "jeweling" on both sides of the footed cup which features a ribbed design around the circumference (on both the cup and saucer).
The cup has a top diameter of 4" and sits on a base diameter of approximately 2". The saucer is 5 3/4" in diameter. All pieces are in overall excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or loss of gold noted. Please see pictures for additional details.
A wonderful pair of classic Lenox China that can be used functionally or as elegant floral decor.
