I suspect that my uterus has fallen after checking with the help of Miss Ida. Alhamdulillah I was able to help. There was a change in the first session… I feel satisfied and happy to get help from this Vibrance place with Miss Ida… Before the check I felt loose and after the session there was a good and satisfying change. Plan to continue treatment near here… miss someone who understands the problem and is very friendly…

Mom has been visiting Ms.Wong in Vibrance. She has given very clear explanation on the current situation, and provide necessary advice which was convincing. Ms.Wong will explain to us the condition for each of our visit to make sure we understand clearly.
My mom did not feel terrified with the treatment and she can see/feel improvement each time after treatment.

It is such a comfort to know there is a such a place in KL providing pelvic floor care and physio. I came to Vibrance after having 3 kids and pretty bad diastasis recti and weak pelvic floor muscles. Ida guided me along the treatments and I could feel my pelvic floor and core muscles gaining strength by the end of 7 sessions, my DR gap narrowed substantially too. I now know what kind of exercises to do for maintenance and core strengthening. Ida was very patient, supportive and encouraging throughout…thanks so much Ida!

FAQs
1. What exactly is pelvic physiotherapy?
It’s a special type of physiotherapy to strengthen and heal the muscles and tissues around your pelvis, a useful first line clinical treatment for pelvic issues.
If you’re dealing with leaks, discomfort, pain during intimacy, or just “down there” feeling off (especially after childbirth or around menopause), pelvic physio is medically prescribed by specialists as an effective first line treatment so you can feel more comfortable and confident.
3. Is it embarrassing or painful?
We get that it’s a sensitive topic! But Pelvic Physiotherapists are professionals and trained to treat these issues without judgement and prejudice.
The treatment is done in a gentle manner with respect and your comfort in mind.
Yes, all our Pelvic Physiotherapists for Women’s Health issues are female, qualified in Physiotherapy with dedicated training and years of experience in women’s health issues.
4. How long does treatment usually take?
Depends on your situation, but often a few sessions over several weeks do the trick. Your therapist will tailor the plan to your needs—no rush, no pressure. Just progression and measurable rehabilitation.
5. Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Not necessarily—you can often book directly with a pelvic physiotherapist. But having your doctor’s input is always a good idea too!
Also, during your first visit, we will also be doing screening related questions to ensure you receive the proper medical care in the right sequence.
6. Will I have to do exercises at home?
Usually yes! Therapist will guide you with simple exercises that help speed up healing and recovery. Don’t worry—it’s nothing super tough or time-consuming.
If pelvic issues are affecting your quality of life, most women find it totally worth it because it helps get them back to feeling “normal” again.
Getting a timely treatment can also help you avoid surgery caused by prolonged neglect and deterioration.
Simple! You can book a free consultation or appointment with a pelvic physiotherapist to chat about your concerns and see the best approach for you.
