Ida Munawarah

Sports Science & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist | Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre

After completing her Diploma in Physiotherapy, she furthered her studies in Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science) (Hons.) at University Malaya and joined Vibrance to pursue her passion and specialisation in helping individuals with pelvic health issues.

As part of her continuous professional development, she undertook a certificate under Monash University, Australia for “Deep Dive into Dyspareunia : A multidisciplinary workshop on sexual pain” in Aug 2022.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Puncak Alam. During her clinical training at Government Hospital, she gained extensive experience across various physiotherapy disciplines, with specialised exposure to Women’s Health Physiotherapy, particularly in the assessment and management of pregnancy- and postpartum-related conditions. She has also completed professional certification in Pelvic Pain During Pregnancy and Postpartum, further enhancing her expertise in pelvic health assessment and treatment.

With over 10 years of experience in freelance physiotherapy massage, alongside experience in home physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy at Private Hospital, she brings a comprehensive and holistic approach to women’s rehabilitation. As a mother of three, she understands the physical and emotional changes women experience throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Her personal journey has strengthened her passion for supporting women through every stage of motherhood with compassionate, individualised care.

Tee Yi Ki

Women Health & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist | Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre

 

Yi Ki graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Prior to joining Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre, she worked as a physiotherapist at Singapore General Hospital, where she developed strong clinical assessment, reasoning, and rehabilitation skills while managing patients with a wide range of conditions.

 

She joined Vibrance to pursue her passion for women’s and pelvic health. Having personally experienced endometriosis, Yi Ki understands the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, which inspired her special interest in endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding pelvic health by creating a safe space where women feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns and are empowered to better understand their bodies.

女性健康与盆底物理治疗师

 

伊淇以一等荣誉学位毕业于马来西亚国立大学(Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia,UKM)物理治疗学士课程。加入 Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre 前,她曾于新加坡中央医院(Singapore General Hospital)担任物理治疗师,累积了丰富的临床评估、临床推理及康复治疗经验。

 

基于专业训练及自身经历,伊淇对女性健康及盆底康复充满热忱。作为一位曾经历子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis)的患者,她深刻体会许多女性在面对慢性疼痛以及康复过程中的身心挑战。她理解,有些困扰并不容易启齿,而被理解、倾听与支持,是康复过程中非常重要的一部分。

 

因此,伊淇特别关注子宫内膜异位症相关骨盆疼痛及盆底功能障碍的治疗与康复。她希望打破大众对盆底健康议题的迷思与尴尬,营造一个安全、舒适且不带评判的环境,让女性能够自在地表达自己的困扰。她相信,盆底健康不应是一个需要默默忍受或羞于启齿的话题,而是女性整体健康不可或缺的一部分。每位女性都值得被认真倾听,也值得获得适合自己的治疗方式。

 

伊淇致力于陪伴女性走过康复过程,帮助她们改善生活品质,重新回到自己重视的生活与活动中。

Kamalia is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She began her career treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal and geriatric conditions before specialising in women’s health.
