Terms of Service

At Vibrance, we are committed to providing professional, ethical, and transparent healthcare services to all clients. Please take note of our policy and terms of business below:

  1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all health treatments, physiotherapy, and clinical consultation and assessment services and any products used in the process (collectively and thereafter referred to as “healthcare service(s)”) provided by our clinic.

In accordance with Malaysian law, healthcare services provided by health professionals are out of scope of the Consumer Protection Act 1999. As such, please be advised of the following: 


  1. Refund Policy

Once a Healthcare Service has been rendered or commenced, all fees paid for that service are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Missed or unattended appointments
  • Early termination of treatment programme
  • Change of mind or personal preference

This ensures fairness to both clients and practitioners, and acknowledges the resources reserved for each appointment, as well as delivering to our clients successful outcomes ahead of the planned duration.


  1. Rescheduling & Transfer Options

In line with fair commercial practice, clients may:

  • Reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
  • Transfer unused sessions within a package to another person (subject to approval).

  1. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional or extenuating circumstances, such as:

  • An administrative or billing error by the clinic.
  • Clinic-initiated cancellation without replacement.

Such cases will be reviewed and approved at management’s discretion.


  1. Transparency & Notice

This policy is displayed in all our clinics, operational premises and website, and applies to all Vibrance branded service locations.
