Client / Patient

I am 47yo and have been battling with endometriosis since 1990. I hv had 2 surgeries, then got diagnosed with adenomyosis in 2019… and just recently, 2 fibroids showed up.
Honestly, it feels like my whole life has been a cycle of pain. After so many years, the pain becomes something you carry quietly… ... even when people around you cannot see it. For decades, period pain has been my “frenemy”, the one thing that always finds me, no matter how strong I try to be. Some days it really breaks me, mentally and physically.
When I heard about Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre through MyEndosis NGO, I told myself, “Just give it a try… maybe this time will be different.”
Honestly, I walked in the room clueless and with very little hope, because after so many years of pain, you stop expecting miracles. I've seen dozen of doctors throughout this battle, no one can really help with the pain, and painkiller is my 'kacang putih' for years.
From the first treatment, something felt different. My therapist is Ms Zilati. She didn’t just treat me, she really listened. She let me share the long journey, the surgeries, the fears, the nights I couldn’t sleep, the times the pain made me feel helpless. For once, I felt heard and understood… and that alone was healing. 😇
Session by session, I started to notice the changes. It was slow, gentle but real. By my 5th session, almost 50% of my pain was gone. For someone who has lived with chronic pain for more than half her life, that kind of relief is emotional beyond words. I finally felt hope again. A feeling I thought I had lost long ago.
Vibrance didn’t just help reduce my pain. They gave me back comfort, confidence, and the courage to believe my body can feel better. For anyone struggling with endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic pain, or years of silent suffering — this place is a blessing. The team truly cares, and you can feel it in every step.
Thank you, Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre. You didn’t just help my body — you touched my heart and gave me back a piece of myself. 🌸✨
Client/Patient

My journey with endometriosis and adenomyosis has been long, exhausting, and at times overwhelming. A year post-surgery and while continuing medical management with hormone therapy, pain was still a constant part of my life. The most difficult symptoms for me to manage were persistent right-sided pelvic cramps,... excruciating shoulder blade pain, overwhelming fatigue and lethargy, and brain fog. Painkillers became my go-to on days when the pain was high, and even on days when it felt more manageable, the pain was still consistent and daily.
Seeking a more holistic approach to my care led me to Vibrance, and meeting my physiotherapist, Alexis, was truly life-changing. From the very first session, Alexis listened with genuine care, patience, and understanding. She took the time to understand my full medical history and, most importantly, how endometriosis was impacting my everyday life. Feeling heard and believed made a world of difference.
Through focused, consistent, and personalised physiotherapy, my pain has reduced significantly and my quality of life has improved beyond what I thought was possible. With the combination of medical management and physiotherapy, I am now largely pain-free. Any occasional aches or flare-ups are manageable with simple exercises at home and ongoing treatment at Vibrance.
Vibrance should be incredibly proud of the level of care they provide and the highly skilled physiotherapists they employ. It is rare to find professionals who truly understand women’s health, particularly complex conditions like endometriosis. I am deeply grateful for the care I received and for the positive, lasting impact it has had on my life.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 endometriosis at 26 (in 2020), and since then I’ve been learning more about my body and making lifestyle changes to manage my symptoms better. Through my own research (including books by Dr. Iris Orbuch), I learned how important pelvic floor therapy ... can be for endometriosis and incontinence, which led me to Vibrance.
I worked with Alexis, and she is amazing. She’s very professional and explains everything clearly and in detail, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the sessions.
I’ve seen real improvement in my incontinence and feel much more aware and in control of my pelvic floor now. Pelvic floor therapy can feel intimidating, but Alexis made the whole experience feel safe and empowering.
Highly recommend Alexis and Vibrance, especially for anyone dealing with endo or bladder issues.

How it works
Compared to painkillers, Pelvic Physiotherapy has shown to help endometriosis women go about daily life with greatly reduced pain and bother, and with much longer lasting results:
4 Key Aspects. Feel the years of pain melt away in weeks.
1. Gentle Releases on Your Pain Sites
Gentle hands-on techniques that release pelvic trigger points and tension that are causing pain from inside your body.
2. Breaking Down Your Inner Adhesions
Soft tissue and mobilisation of internal organs to improve your circulation and break down endo tissue adhesions that are restricting your mobility.
3. We Listen. Attentively.
Being listened to is highly therapeutic for endometriosis patients.
Receive emotional support from endo-trained Pelvic Physiotherapists who truly understand your pain and problems that are very real to you when medical exams say otherwise.
4. Care. Beyond the treatment room.
Relief techniques – evidence-based methods to calm your nervous system and guidance for you to perform some of these techniques correctly outside of the treatment room.
