Terms and conditions:
1. Can be used on any of Vibrance services / goods provided or purchased inside our clinics/centres/locations (excluding Miri Partner centre).
2. Only applicable for New Clients, usable one time only. Multiple purchases of the Appointment Deposit will be counted as the equivalent MYR value. Example: Purchased 10 Deposits. The first usage will give you RM100 value, the remaining 9 will be treated as RM50 each.
3. The Deposit is transferrable to anyone you appoint.
4. Stackable and usable with ongoing promotions and discounts, provided that your purchase value exceeds RM500 in a single receipt.
5. Appointment Priority – Fair Usage policy. New Clients with Appointment Priority will get 1 count of Appointment Priority. When you use Appointment Priority to book an appointment but had to no-show at last minute, the privilege will be deemed used. Example: You booked appointment 10am, 1 Jan 2026 using Appointment Priority. Vibrance will turn down non-Appointment Priority new clients who chooses the same slot. However you couldn’t make it last minute. The 1 time Appointment Priority privilege will be deemed used, and no new Appointment Priority will be issued to you.
6. Refund of Deposit– You may request for a refund of the Appointment Deposit at any time, no questions asked — we truly understand sometimes there are inconveniencing circumstances. As long as you have not used the Reward before, you can always repurchase it back anytime. Additionally, we will try our best to help you get the health or care after your Reward purchase by following up with you. If after 6 months you are still unable to visit our locations for your treatment / consultation, we will help to process a refund of your Reward to you after checking in with you. Refund typically takes 14 working days to process after your refund request has been submitted and acknowledged via care@vibrance.com.my.
