Why Vibrance Pelvic Care Centre?

Take Charge of Your Pelvic Health, Take Control of Your Life

At Vibrance, our mission is to help women understand the pelvic floor and equip you with the knowledge you need to achieve optimal pelvic health.

Many of us do not know that there is a muscle called Pelvic Floor Muscle (PFM). Yes! It is true. Actually, the PFM is the hero supporting our inner organs especially our uterus, bladder, rectum and also our back bone. Just like any other muscle, the pelvic floor muscle is healthiest when given a regular workout.

The best way to strengthen the pelvic floor muscle is by isolating it and exercising it.

However, it is not easy to identify the correct muscles because it is inside our body. It’s not easy to tell. We may think we are doing the Kegel exercise, but we may not be exercising the pelvic floor muscles.

Studies show more than 30% of women use the wrong muscle group when doing pelvic floor exercises (Bo & Sherbun, 2005). Meanwhile, another study mentioned that only 30% of women who try to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles do it correctly (Witkos, et al., 2012).

In year 2011, we introduced the Vibrance Pelvic Trainer (VPT) to the world. The FDA cleared, award winning VPT helped thousands of women learn to engage and strengthen the correct pelvic muscles.

Since then, we have also expanded to offer in-person support and guidance to treat and reverse urine leak, loss of vaginal tone, pelvic related back pain, vaginismus, diastasis rectii and other pelvic pains.

How can Vibrance help?

That is how Vibrance Pelvic Health Centre (VPHC) came into the picture. At VPHC, we offer a comprehensive solution to women to achieve and restore their health affected by pelvic issues.

You will have access to pelvic health advice from certified Women’s Health Physiotherapists and state-of-the-art medical technology so that you will succeed in achieving optimal pelvic health.

The treatments we offer are non-surgical solutions that use clinically proven methods that involve physical therapy and the use of best-in-class medical devices.

It means that the treatment is safe and is proven effective in giving LASTING, TANGIBLE RESULTS (unlike potentially risky aesthetics treatments such as laser, needle jabs, and others).

We are able to treat a wide range of symptoms of Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions (PFD). We also offer a Full Pelvic Assessment to determine the clinical situation of your pelvic floor. You will get a full pelvic health report and a proper diagnosis of your conditions, along with suitable and personalised treatments based on your conditions.

P360, Pelvic 360

We treat pelvic floor issues using a comprehensive approach called Pelvic 360. It is our pioneering program customising treatment to each client, based on your assessment result, and may include therapists and medical practitioners on a need basis.

Vibrance Pelvic Trainer

We also offer a pelvic trainer device called the Vibrance Pelvic Trainer (VPT). It helps to accelerate pelvic strengthening. This is your own private trainer that you can use it at home by yourself anytime you want. It just takes 5 minutes of your time to do this exercise.
